Commandant, Philippine Coast GuardCoast Guard Admiral Artemio Manalo Abu is the 29th Commandant of the Philippine Coast Guard.
He is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy in Baguio City where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in the upper one third of PMA Class ‘92. He wants to establish the identity and culture of the Coast Guard: culture of respect, culture of discipline, culture of thrust, teamwork and selfless public service. National DirectorAuxiliary Vice Admiral Manuel Luis P Idquival is the 9th National Director of the PCGA.
He belongs to Coast Guard Auxiliary District National Capital Region-Central Luzon (CGADNCR-CL) under the 109th Squadron. He was the former Director of the 109th Squadron and the Director Auxiliary District of the CGADNCR-CL.
