Write a written request addressed to your Squadron Director, through the Deputy Chief of Staff for Human Resources and Division Director, your intent to transfer to another Squadron. State which Squadron you intend to transfer to.
Step 3
Upon approval of the DAS, clearance from the DCS for Human Resources, and DCS for Finance, the Squadron will process your request. It will coordinate with the Squadron you intend to transfer to verify their acceptance. The Squadron will then submit to the CGAD a Letter of Endorsement for Transfer, attached with your Certificate of Good Moral, Certificate of No Outstanding Obligation, and Release Letter. If the member is delinquent, the Squadron should withhold the approval of transfer until the member fulfills all current financial or property obligations.
Step 4
Your transfer is official and effective only until a General Issue for Transfer has been released by the Philippine Coast Guard.
From District to District
Step 1
Settle all back dues within the Squadron.
Step 2
Write a written request addressed to your Squadron Director, through the Deputy Chief of Staff for Human Resources and Division Director, your intent to transfer to another District. State which District and Squadron you intend to transfer to.
Step 3
Upon approval of the DAS, clearance from the DCS for Human Resources, and DCS for Finance, the Squadron will endorse your request along with a Letter of Endorsement for Transfer, Certificate of Good Moral, Certificate of No Outstanding Obligation, and Release Letter.
Your current CGAD will process your transfer by coordinating with your CGAD and Squadron of choice to verify their acceptance. It will then submit an Endorsement for Transfer to the Coast Guard District through the D-7.
If the member is delinquent, the Squadron should withhold the approval of transfer until the member fulfills all current financial or property obligations.
Step 4
Your transfer is official and effective only until a General Issue for Transfer has been released by the Philippine Coast Guard.
